Needs Analysis

Since each organisation has a differing degree of needs we carry out a needs analysis meeting in order to identify with you what is the main objective of the event (Leadership, communication, reward, etc).

In addition to the needs analysis of the group(s) involved we discuss the best setting for the event. Covering areas such as duration of the event and the venue for the event, we utilise our extensive experience to ensure that the event delivers the maximum impact on the group(s).

Event Programme

Having assessed and identified your objective for the day we tailor a programme for your organisation. Choosing the appropriate activities from our library we ensure that there is a diversity within the programme which helps deliver the objective set for the day.

Delivery

The success of an event is greatly dependent upon how it is delivered.
By the very nature of the activities delivered at the event, it is folly to try to plan and deliver activities to a rigid timetable. Interactive Motivation staff have many years experience in delivering events and consequently it is their expertise in reading the dynamics of a group that lets us deliver successful events time and time again.

Feedback

In order to provide you with a measurement of the success of the event we carry out a feedback meeting after each event. This meeting can report on the general reception of the event or, where required, provide an in depth analysis of the personnel involved in the event.
